Little Guy Creations primarily provides web design services at a reasonable rate and with execellent customer service.

We make custom, handmade websites with static html and minimal javascript. This combination is very hack-resistant and is easy to maintain or change. And websites should be constantly changing, if possible. There are some other technical things to discuss, but first, here is what you can expect of our process:

1. We will ask a few questions about the sort of site you think you would like and if it's the right fit, we will schedule a meeting.

2. At the meeting we will talk about content and who initially provides it. This mainly includes the text, images and videos. It will also include some things about preferred colors, the feel you wish to convey and sites you like and dislike. We will get an idea how many pages will be required to cover your needs.

3. We will also talk about some technical terms like domains, the website files and hosting at the meeting. These terms will be explained in full so you are educated about your options. We will talk about who will be making changes to the site as well. The answers to all these questions open up some options or close off other possibilities. If training is needed, we can discuss options there, too. While we can handle all those technical things for you, we actually recommend you owning some of the site obligations for your own good. We will talk about why that is. Other topics we will discuss is the potential need for marketing your website.

4. Usually, this meeting lasts a little over an hour. At the end, we can discuss pricing. It all depends on what sorts of options you choose.

5. Typically, it can take the better part of a month to put together several inital pages of a website. These are some starting layouts and colors which can then be easily adjusted at this stage. We will go back and forth with edits until we have settled on a standard look.

6. Little Guy Creations will build out the desired website pages and provide a private place to view them. Sometimes there are further edits. This is expected; more ideas will come to you as you see things coming together. Once you give the approval, we will get the new website on the internet.

7. For the next year, there may be more pages to add or further refinements you would like. This is expected and usually only a handful of changes over a few months. This year term is so you are comfortable with your site and you know that you can make adjustments even if there are things you didn't think of right away. We will not abandon you.

8. After the first year, for a modest (yearly) retainer we will continue to handle the updates and other needs or for being available for technical help in the case of you or your team handling the site updates. Some customers love being able to do their own updates while others prefer sending over the new information and letting us handle it.
